Responsible for executing the work plan to properly achieve the operational area objectives and meet agreed inventory accuracy levels with customers. Ensure proper execution of warehouse operational activities; ensure compliance with standards and procedures established by Inventory Coordination and/or Operations Management; and participate in inventory control process improvements. **Responsibilities:** * \- Optimize resources to meet company requirements. \- Develop a strategic logistics plan aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy levels. + Ensure adherence to the customer-specific schedule for daily cycle count reporting. + Fulfill customer-agreed reporting requirements for cycle inventories (frequency). + Determine ABC inventory classification per customer (picking productivity). + Participate in coordination and execution of annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature requirements. + Monitor implementation of Good Storage Practices. + Comply with and enforce company quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Monitor inventory levels for each account. + Report account-specific KPIs to the Inventory Coordinator, including potential improvements for inventory processes. + Organize team work assignments. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Qualifications:** * Position Level: STRATEGIC TACTICAL SUPPORT * High School Diploma * Technical Degree (4 Semesters) * Technological Degree (6 Semesters) * Equivalent with experience * BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills * Intermediate Office / Excel \- Inventory control knowledge **Additional Skills:** * Results-oriented * Effective communication * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Leadership * Experience: total work experience and specific experience required for performing this role **Specific Experience:** * 6 months Location: Bogota **Employee Type:** Intern UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
