Management of floor plans and installation of advertising materials A leading retail company is currently seeking MERCHANDISERS with the following profile: High school diploma with a proactive attitude and at least 1 year of experience managing retail points of sale. Focused on enhancing brand visibility and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. Expert in strategic product display, inventory control, and achievement of management KPIs. Inventory handling and product rotation. Installation and maintenance of advertising materials at the point of sale. Reporting competitor developments. Advising end customers on the benefits and features of our products. Merchandise handling and warehouse organization. SPECIFIC SKILLS Effective relationship management with department heads and customers. Compliance with assigned routes and sales targets. Reporting stockouts, damaged items, and shortages. Focus on cleanliness, order, and correct price labeling. Ensuring full product portfolio display on shelves and additional displays. Negotiating preferred spaces and additional displays (gondola ends, islands) to increase turnover. Promotion signage for current offers. Reporting price changes or new product launches. Excellent personal presentation. WORKING CONDITIONS Indefinite-term contract, on-site, full-time.
