Position Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to supervise and manage the portfolio process, analyzing customer and market behavior to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst for the city of Pereira; the main responsibility will be to supervise and manage the portfolio process of the assigned channel or agency promptly and reliably, apply, analyze, and interpret information regarding customer and market behavior to enable decision-making and corrective actions, and comply with policies aligned with the company's established guidelines. Requirements: One to two years of experience managing portfolios within the assigned channel, performing administrative and field processes, internal and external customer service; proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills; analytical individual with a service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Technologist degree; students in the final semesters of administrative, accounting, or related programs.
