Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to oversee and manage the portfolio process, analyze customer and market information, and make corrective decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst for the city of Pereira; the primary role will be to supervise and manage the portfolio process of the assigned channel or agency promptly and reliably, apply, analyze, and interpret information on customer and market behavior to support decision-making and implementation of corrective actions, and comply with policies that ensure adherence to company-established guidelines. Requirements: One to two years of experience managing portfolios within the assigned channel, performing administrative and field processes, internal and external customer service, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills, analytical individual with a service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Technical degree or students in the final semesters of administrative, accounting, or related programs.
