A recognized company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is looking for a motorcycle merchandiser with up-to-date documentation to join our workforce. If you have experience in customer attraction and interaction, supporting brand activation efforts, sales, and product rotation, this is your chance to join our company! Requirements: High school diploma, technical, or technological degree. Commercially driven individual with customer orientation, achievement orientation, sales skills and effectiveness, interpersonal ability, assertive communication, teamwork, and proactivity. Minimum six months of experience in this or similar roles. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays until 1:00 PM. Must cover the Coffee Region (Pereira, Armenia, and surrounding areas); motorcycle ownership is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Promptly report job-related updates, sales feedback, and inventory status to the supervisor. Participate in demonstration activities when required. Ensure effective outreach to communicate key information about the represented product or brand—including benefits, features, pricing, and promotions. Ensure continuous product availability at assigned points of sale to carry out duties effectively. Enhance product visibility and presence through assigned tasks, thereby increasing sales and brand turnover. Guarantee compliance with reporting requirements via Live Trade, including sales records and incident reporting, as well as adherence to scheduled working hours. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or their delegate. We Offer: Minimum wage + Statutory transportation allowance + 420,000 COP mobility allowance + Bonus for additional responsibilities.
