Position Summary: Responsible for return processes and telemarketing quality management, optimizing timelines and the logistical flow of shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and download of physical shipments based on return reasons In Pereira, we are seeking individuals responsible for handling return processes and managing the telemarketing quality module within the assigned RACOL, in accordance with organizational procedures, aiming to optimize management timelines, delivery, return of shipment logistics flow, and indicator compliance. Your Responsibilities: Receive shipments delivered at the counter for transfer to the returns warehouse or for re-forwarding to operations. Prepare daily closure reports documenting anomalies observed in shipments entering the telemarketing module, to identify false returns and support decision-making. Classify and prepare returned shipments according to the classification assigned by telemarketing and the logistics network (e.g., custody, re-forwarding, telemarketing, etc.), to manage them per established procedures. Receive physical shipments triggered by return reasons generated by Messengers, Contractors, or PAMI, verifying that they have been downloaded via the APP and correspond to the correct return reasons, ensuring proper system download and zero pending items. Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree in administrative, logistics, engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in distribution, transportation, warehousing, inventory, telemarketing execution, and reporting.
