We want to welcome to our team a **Human Resources Analyst** with a proactive attitude, organizational skills, and strategic vision—someone who enjoys taking on challenges and creating value through talent management. **Your Responsibilities** Your role will be **100% operational and strategic** within the Human Talent area, serving as a key contributor to executing essential processes, including: * Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. * Preparation, updating, and management of contracts, social security affiliations, and employment documentation. * **Full payroll processing (monthly, biweekly, and final), calculation of statutory benefits, social security contributions, and labor-related updates.** * Administration of payroll updates, indicator monitoring, and support for payment processes. * **Proficiency in accounting and payroll software** (Helisas, Siigo, NominaPyme, or similar) for registration, control, and report generation. Mandatory. * Implementation of employee wellness programs, organizational climate initiatives, and staff development plans. * Support in managing the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SST)**, including participation in campaigns, training sessions, and regulatory compliance. * Handling and analysis of information using **Excel (intermediate or advanced level)** for reporting, databases, indicator tracking, and human talent process control.
