




We are seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week working in the office. The Insurance Analyst \- Policy Servicing will manage a client portfolio, maintain their insurance programs, execute policy issuance, and review and confirm policies. You will be responsible for: * Managing a client portfolio related to their insurance programs, including inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and billing. * Executing policy issuance and ensuring accuracy of policy documentation. * Reviewing and confirming insurance policies to ensure compliance and benefits delivery. * Delivering exceptional customer service while demonstrating critical thinking and a results-oriented approach. What you need: * Technical, technological, or professional education. * 1–2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P\&C) insurance. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
