Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise operational staff (loading and unloading). Ensure compliance with the operation's daily scheduling. Report operational incidents, absences, delays, and risk situations. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment. Prepare daily operation and incident reports. Maintain constant communication with the client and operations leader. Support continuous improvement processes, time control, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal work regulations and occupational safety and health (SST) standards. Requirements Education: Technician, technologist, or professional degree in logistics, operations, administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. Preferred experience in logistics, transportation, or loading/unloading companies. Basic knowledge of Excel and report preparation. Flexible availability.
