Today, we are looking for an **In-House Technical Assistant in Lubrication**, a person passionate about lubrication who wants to grow with us and contribute to our purpose of caring for and protecting what matters most. **Your mission in the role** Support operational and core lubrication engineering activities in the field: inspections, follow-ups, oil analysis, and reporting findings, ensuring quality, compliance, and added value in client relationships. **What you will do every day** * Deliver and collect oil samples, verifying their correct identification. * Accompany sampling routes and provide feedback on findings. * Support sample shipment to the laboratory and dissemination of results. * Weekly review the condition of equipment at lubrication centers. * Monitor lubricant consumption and ensure supply. * Evaluate 5S standards at lubrication and storage centers. * Generate and organize labels, inventories, and consumption reports. * Support supply operations and warehouse tasks in Marmato. * Meet route indicators, analysis, training, and response time targets. **What you need to apply** * Education: Technical or technological degree in lubrication, maintenance, mechatronics, automotive mechanics, or industrial mechanics. * Experience: Between 6 months and 1 year in lubrication or industrial, automotive, or mobile equipment maintenance processes. * Desired knowledge: Industrial mechanics, diesel mechanics, mobile/industrial equipment lubrication. * Competencies: Planning, organization, customer service orientation, and results orientation. **What we offer** * Contract: Indefinite term. * Shift 1: 10 days of work followed by 4 days off (project schedule). * Work location: Marmato, Caldas. * Salary $2.464.000 + transportation allowance + Sunday/holiday surcharges. **What we offer at OilRed** * Job stability with an indefinite contract. * Opportunity to learn and grow within an expanding company. * A work environment based on trust, respect, and purpose. * Continuous training programs and guidance from expert leaders.
