Supervision and implementation of maintenance programs Maintenance Manager with experience in large buses At TRANSCOLTUR, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager with solid experience in automotive mechanics and operational leadership. We seek an organized individual with strong team coordination skills and technical knowledge to effectively supervise maintenance activities. Requirements: - Academic background: Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in vehicle maintenance (buses, articulated buses, or special transport) and team coordination. - Required knowledge: - Diagnosis and preventive/corrective maintenance of diesel and gasoline vehicles. - Scheduling of maintenance tasks and tracking of repairs. - Basic proficiency in maintenance management or operational control tools. - Competencies: Leadership, assertive communication, attention to detail, planning, and decision-making. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise maintenance and operations staff activities at the depot. - Coordinate vehicle entry, preparation, and exit. - Verify compliance with maintenance and cleaning programs. - Ensure proper execution of mechanical work and appropriate use of resources. - Report operational incidents and support technical management within the maintenance department.
