Lead process engineering projects, improving and implementing production processes that deliver innovation, productivity, and optimization for both new and existing production lines to achieve competitiveness of production centers over time. Responsibilities: Develop production processes derived from new products or production requirements, aimed at ensuring higher productivity, cost reduction, and optimal ergonomic, safety, and well-being conditions for human talent. Standardize production processes to ensure compliance with specifications defined by Product Engineering, through staff training and competency development. Optimize the production process through improvement of work methods, efficient utilization of resources, and definition of process variables and control points on the production line. Generate information from standardization of the production process within the established quality management system, ensuring its availability as a reference tool for staff and facilitating efficient performance of their duties. Generate information regarding required capabilities and processes for equipment importation, based on specified needs, ensuring the competitiveness and sustainability of the Production Unit over time.
