Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Technologist in Logistics Management or related fields—dynamic and committed—for the role of Logistics Operations Lead Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the personnel incident lifecycle and payroll settlement. 2. Coordinates goods receipt, reverse logistics, and dispatch. 3. Reports inventory levels and optimizes customer basket rotation. We are looking for a Technician or Technologist in Logistics Management or related fields who is dynamic and committed to join our team as a Logistics Operations Lead Supervisor. Intermediate Excel knowledge. In this position, you will be responsible for: Managing the personnel incident lifecycle (leave requests, vacations, severance payments, medical leaves, and absenteeism) to ensure timely reporting for accurate payroll settlement. Coordinating goods receipt at alternate warehouses, reverse logistics, and basket dispatch—ensuring traceability and on-time delivery. Reporting inventory levels, managing third-party assets, and leading reverse logistics to optimize customer basket rotation. Ensuring personnel protection through controlled provision of PPE and proper allocation of operational equipment. Ensuring 100% of your team is trained according to the scheduled training plan. Managing replenishments, protocol adjustments, and refresher trainings based on inspection and audit results. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Contract Terms: Fixed-term contract.
