Coordinates goods receipt, reverse logistics, and shipments We are looking for a Technician or Technologist in Logistics Management or related fields who is dynamic and committed to joining our team as a Logistics Operations Lead Supervisor. Intermediate Excel knowledge. In this position, you will be responsible for: Managing the personnel change cycle (leaves, vacations, severance, disabilities, and absenteeism), ensuring timely reporting for accurate payroll settlement. Coordinating goods receipt at alternate warehouses, reverse logistics, and basket shipments, guaranteeing traceability and on-time delivery. Reporting inventory levels, managing third-party assets, and leading reverse logistics to optimize client basket turnover. Ensuring personnel protection through controlled provision of PPE and proper allocation of operational equipment. Ensuring 100% of your team is trained according to the scheduled training plan. Managing replenishments, protocol adjustments, and refresher trainings based on inspection and audit results. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
