Job Summary: We are seeking responsible, committed, and service-oriented Security and Warehouse Assistants to ensure safety and provide warehouse support for a retail company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the safety of the store, employees, and customers. 2. Control entry and exit of personnel and merchandise. 3. Loss prevention and support in risk situations. Compliance with company-established security protocols. Loading and unloading. Warehouse support. Requirements: Education level: High school diploma or higher. Minimum 6 months of experience in related positions. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM — fulfilling the 44-hour workweek. Shifts: Opening and closing shifts, fulfilling the 44-hour workweek. Salary: COP $1,960,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract directly with the company.
