Serve as the key point of contact with specialists for seamless coordination. **Join the Calculaser S.A. team as: Surgery Scheduling Leader** We are looking for a Senior Leader to take charge of our Surgery Scheduling operations. Profile We Are Seeking: Education: Nursing Supervisor or Surgical Technologist, with a minimum of one (1) year’s experience in surgery scheduling. Your Impact and Key Responsibilities: * You will be the cornerstone ensuring optimization of our operating rooms, leading a critical process that directly impacts patient care quality and institutional productivity. Team and Process Leadership: * You will lead the CX scheduling team, ensuring smoothness and accuracy throughout the process. Schedule and Time Management: * Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of all surgeries. * Manage and optimize surgical times, aligning them with physicians’ schedules and guaranteeing prior review with each specialist. Strategic Relationship Management: You will serve as the key point of contact with specialists, maintaining fluid and proactive communication to ensure perfect coordination. Essential Competencies: * Strong leadership focused on achieving results and continuous improvement. * Intermediate proficiency in office software tools (mandatory for efficient handling of data and schedules). We offer a fixed-term employment contract directly with the company, salary of $ 3\.150\.000 or negotiable depending on relevant experience, working hours from Monday to Saturday.
