If you are responsible, active, charismatic, passionate about teamwork, and eager to join a dynamic and growing organization, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Perform external errands, deliveries, and official procedures as required by the company (courier duties). * Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas: workshops, warehouses, laboratories, etc. * Operate company machinery tools such as CNC machines, injection molding machines, compressors, among others. * Support engineers during the prototyping process through activities including part polishing, washing, drying, painting, etc. Likewise, identify improvement actions within the process that enhance its efficient operation. * Carry out necessary facility modifications or on-site work as required by the company. * Comply with hygiene, biosafety, and industrial safety standards. * Report equipment failures, irregularities, or material replenishment needs. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an operational assistant and/or courier. * Valid driver’s license. * Professional personal appearance and strong communication skills. * Experience in facility modifications and operation of machinery tools. * Immediate availability and flexible working hours. *Contract Type:* Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with possibility of renewal or extension. *Position Type:* Full-time. *Salary:* Current legal minimum monthly wage \+ statutory social benefits.
