Results-oriented individual with team leadership skills. **Experience** Minimum 2 years of experience supervising plant operations, personnel management, and shift coordination. **Requirements** * Basic proficiency in office tools; spreadsheet experience preferred * Availability to work rotating shifts and conduct walkthroughs within the plant or operational site. * Communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. **Conditions** Contract: Indefinite-term **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday \- Rotating night and day shifts
