Conducting individualized progress tracking for each child. Job Summary: We seek a creative, learning-focused teacher to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess strong subject-matter knowledge and familiarity with the district school curriculum. The role focuses on teaching foundational subjects—including English, mathematics, science, and art—to children of various ages, aligned with the school curriculum. Responsibilities: Collaborate with other teachers to supervise and instruct children. Teach various subjects, including basic English, mathematics, and science. Help children interact with one another and develop social skills such as sharing and teamwork. Encourage creativity by inviting students to share their work with the class and their parents. Assist children in resolving challenges they face, such as bullying, broken friendships, etc. Maintain grade reports and notes on each child’s development, identifying areas of strength and difficulty. Provide periodic progress reports to parents. Hold semesterly or annual parent–teacher conferences to update parents on their children’s progress. Keep classrooms and learning areas clean and organized. Ensure safeguarding practices are followed—reporting suspected abuse or neglect to appropriate staff members or authorities.
