Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. **Accountabilities** * Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. * Implements, maintains, and supports application releases to meet the business needs of the organization and to scale as we grow. * Responsible for providing specialized technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of full-stack environments. The incumbent is responsible for current and future implementation projects within the group, introducing new technologies to meet business objectives and providing technical consultation and guidance to all development projects. * Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting CIAD pipelines delivered on time and within budget. * Creates scripts for pre- and post-deployment tasks. * Makes recommendations toward the development of new code or reuse of existing code. * Supports IT areas requiring development support, ensuring testing, implementation, and other IT areas have a clear understanding of the solutions. * Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. * Release deployments typically occur after hours and on weekends.
