**Position: Architect – Projects and Design** **Company in the Architecture and Construction Sector** We are seeking a proactive, disciplined, and design-passionate **Architect** with experience in executive project development and the ability to work in a team. If you enjoy modeling, technical documentation, and project coordination, this opportunity is ideal for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of architectural projects at all stages. * Modeling and documentation in **Revit** and **AutoCAD**. * Creation of conceptual modeling and massing in **SketchUp**. * Generation of **renders and visualizations** (V\-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar). * Preparation of technical drawings, construction details, and executive documentation. * Calculation of construction quantities and support in budget preparation. * Coordination with the technical team and tracking of deliverables to ensure project quality. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Architecture**. * **Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience** in technical offices or architectural design. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp**. * Experience with at least one rendering software (**V\-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or Twinmotion**). * Knowledge of **budgeting, measurements, and construction quantities**. * Basic knowledge of **Excel** and cost estimation software is desirable. * Organized, disciplined, creative individual with a high level of attention to detail. **Personal Competencies** * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. * Commitment to design quality and technical accuracy. * Responsibility and adherence to delivery timelines.
