Consolidation, analysis, and daily monitoring of metrics. **Job Responsibilities:** 1 DAILY MONITORING OF AT WORK CHANNEL METRICS Ensure the quality of the information delivered. Provide timely and appropriate information to support decision-making. This entails constant interaction with involved areas, correct consolidation and analysis of information, and keeping senior management informed about the channel’s performance evolution. 2 INFORMATION CONSOLIDATION AND ANALYSIS Strategically support the Channel Manager in decision-making by providing requested information promptly and accurately. It is the analyst’s responsibility to understand the various movements, metrics, fluctuations, and daily operations of the channel across all portfolio products, in order to classify and report the most relevant information—enabling action plans aligned with the channel’s strategy. Enable the Area Manager to gain an overall view of metric evolution so that timely measures can be taken to achieve objectives. 3 DAILY SUPPORT TO MANAGER AND WORK TEAM Interact with various cross-functional bank areas to request information, check product creation statuses, accelerate critical processes, and perform other activities aimed at supporting the proper and efficient execution of the team’s daily tasks. Support the work team to achieve expected results within established timeframes. 4 SETTLEMENT OF SPECIAL RATES Carry out the settlement of special rates for customers, based on information reported by the Treasury Department. Once settled and approved by the involved areas, coordinate with the corresponding departments to pay the applicable interest to each customer within the first five days of the month. Ensure timely payment of interest on special rates for savings accounts to bank customers. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields **Years of Work Experience:** 6 months Information handling and analysis, report generation, and knowledge of financial products **Offer Conditions:**
