This role will be responsible for managing digital communities, executing content strategy, and maintaining consistent and coherent interaction with audiences across various social channels, ensuring an active, relevant, and communication-objective-aligned brand presence. **Responsibilities** Manage and administer the brand’s digital communities on social media. Publish and schedule content according to the established content calendar. Monitor conversations, comments, and messages in real time. Engage with users and audiences following tone and voice guidelines. Identify content trends and opportunities. Support the development of performance reports and metrics. Escalate relevant updates, crises, or requests promptly. Collaborate closely with creative and strategic teams. Ensure adherence to social media best practices. **Requirements** 2–4 years of experience as a Community Manager or in related roles. Excellent writing, spelling, and digital communication skills. Proficiency in managing social media platforms. Experience in community engagement and comment moderation. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of social media metrics and management tools. Proactive, creative, and service-oriented attitude. **Working Conditions** Indefinite-term contract. Hybrid model: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. On-site work in Bogotá.
