Job Summary: Coordinate the timely delivery of vehicles, ensuring they meet the customer’s requested conditions and managing the entire process from vehicle location to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage vehicle location, tracking, and status updates. 2. Coordinate vehicle accessorization, preparation, and verification. 3. Ensure vehicle delivery to the customer and adherence to scheduled timelines. Coordinate the timely delivery of vehicles, ensuring delivery under the conditions requested by the customer. **FUNCTIONS** * Manage vehicle location, tracking, and status updates on the platform. * Coordinate vehicle accessorization, preparation, and verification with suppliers. * Ensure the vehicle has license plates, all required accessories, and no outstanding issues. * Coordinate transportation, relocation, and dispatch of the vehicle according to the delivery city. * Manage documentation, purchase orders, and vehicle delivery receipt. * Coordinate vehicle delivery to the customer, guaranteeing compliance with established timelines and signature of the delivery receipt. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate proficiency in computer and office software tools. * One (1) year of experience in roles related to this position. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance * Statutory social benefits * Statutory transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time
