Position Summary: Support the negotiation and procurement process of green coffee at national and international levels, managing suppliers, risks, invoices, payments, and regulatory requirements. Teamwork and effective communication **PURPOSE** ------------- Support the Business’s green coffee negotiation and procurement process at national and international levels, ensuring accurate updating of supplier information, counterparty risk, invoice and payment management, audits and regulatory compliance, as well as certifications and internal policies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Create and update raw material supplier information (national and international), managing associated data. * Conduct counterparty risk validation according to NUTRESA Group’s supplier registration policies. * Document and manage traceability exercises and the annual SARLAFT/Risk documentation. * Validate and control green coffee receipt across the Business’s various platforms. * Send coffee samples to the laboratory for quality control and analysis. * Manage weekly green coffee payments, invoices, payment holds, as well as hedging and accounting entries. * Manage supplier contracts on the assigned platform. * Administer documentation associated with the process and validate corresponding approvals. * Generate required monthly reports on green coffee procurement invoicing and payment management. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS** ------------------------------ * Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with different company areas. * Numerical, mathematical, and analytical thinking. * Assertive communication. * Skills in supplier and contract management. * Attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines. * Customer service orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * SAP (Desirable) * Advanced proficiency in office software tools. * Intermediate English. **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering. **NUTRESA BE TALENTS** ------------------------ Adaptability Self-development and development of others Collective mindset Sustainable vision Inspiration to achieve Passion for customers and consumers
