Job Summary: Project Coordinator with experience in document management, inventory control, blueprint interpretation, architectural surveys, and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Manages contractor documentation and project procurement. 2. Conducts site surveys, construction inspections, and inventory control. 3. Leads work teams and coordinates project activities. Manage and control contractor documentation (where applicable) * Manage all matters related to project procurement (where applicable) * Verify material delivery notes and conduct inventory control on projects (where applicable) * Read and interpret blueprints and single-line diagrams * Conduct architectural, structural, and special installations surveys * Define project characteristics and execution bases using appropriate instruments and technical specifications * Conduct site visits to survey quantities for a project * Plan activities required for project execution * Conduct periodic construction inspections according to progress milestones or upon partial or full closure, at specific times as requested by the company * Deliver final assigned tasks * Provide technical support when required * Operate and properly use measurement and instrumentation equipment for job performance * Activity planning, reporting, and comprehensive project management * Develop activity schedules * Define project characteristics and execution bases using appropriate instruments and technical specifications * Complete established departmental forms and others as applicable, ensuring timely submission * Lead assigned work crews and/or contractors, ensuring their proper performance on-site and quality of executed work * Support measurement of department-specific indicators and their respective follow-up to ensure compliance * Perform all other duties inherent to the position not specified herein SIG (Integrated Management System) * Carry out SIG-related activities Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
