Prepares and dispatches items, verifying quantities and quality Purpose of the Position To carry out warehouse operations aimed at ensuring customer service with required quality and timeliness, minimizing losses due to dispatch errors. Responsibilities and Duties* Manage truck unloading processes to receive goods from local suppliers or imports (spare parts, components, accessories, consumables, and tools), verifying volumes in terms of codes per registration and quantities, with the objective of releasing shipments based on volume accuracy and/or making decisions regarding rejection of goods from local suppliers due to quantity deviations, to prevent stock discrepancies. * Update the inventory system after physical verification of all received items, entering a purchase order according to product lists and their codes, and recording quantities, with the objective of releasing them for commercialization. * Generate appropriate labels and identify packages according to OV data and Sales Department instructions—based on each customer’s characteristics and specifications. * Provide appropriate support in material shipment activities (parts and tools) via transportation, following shipping rules and procedures to ensure delivery quality and prevent damage. * Operate a forklift to move items in stock, complying with all handling and safety procedures. * Execute item picking for dispatch, ensuring correct collection of the part and quantity indicated on the Pick List, through double-checking of items and quantities required by the customer, according to sales orders. Requirements* High school diploma, technical degree in logistics or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses, preferably handling industrial or automotive equipment. * Basic English. * Forklift operation certification. * Basic Office software skills. *At Sandvik, we value diversity and inclusion.
