We are looking to hire a Project Procurement Technician to reinforce the Procurement and Logistics area within the Energy and Facilities Directorate, directly participating in the strategic acquisition of goods and services for our projects. This position reports to the Project Procurement Coordinator and has the primary mission of ensuring efficient, timely purchases aligned with the company’s established quality, cost, and timeline standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services for assigned projects. * Analysis of procurement needs in coordination with Engineering, Construction, and Planning teams. * Monitoring of delivery timelines and coordination with logistics and suppliers to address incidents. * Management and formalization of service contracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. * Updating and periodically evaluating the local supplier database. * Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and procurement and contracting procedures. * Active collaboration to ensure transparency, traceability, and risk mitigation throughout the procurement process. * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and process standardization. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree (Technologist). * Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or related fields + complementary training in procurement. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in project procurement, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure. **Technical Knowledge:** * Supplier negotiation and contract management. * Procurement and contracting processes, including applicable regulations. * ERP systems and procurement management tools (Microsoft 365 Business Central). **Key Competencies:** * Ability to learn quickly and adapt. * Initiative and proactivity. * Responsibility and decision-making ability. * Continuous improvement mindset. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. **Benefits:** * Join a rapidly growing multinational company with international expansion.
