PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Full-Time Store Sales Associate is the primary brand ambassador for Skechers, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers and turning every visit into a successful sales opportunity. Their role is critical to maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence, driving sales growth, and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service and in-depth knowledge of our products.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **A. SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE** * Achieve or exceed the team’s monthly sales targets * Provide personalized advice on Skechers footwear features, benefits, and usage * Identify each customer’s specific needs to recommend appropriate products * Effectively handle sales objections and close transactions * Process cash, credit/debit card, and other authorized payments * Manage exchanges, returns, and warranties per established policies * Maintain professional and courteous communication with all customers **B. STORE OPERATIONS** * Receive, verify, and organize new merchandise according to established protocols * Label, price-mark, and code products per corporate standards * Keep inventory organized and perform periodic counts as required * Pack and bag customer purchases securely and attractively **C. MERCHANDISING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION** * Implement and maintain the brand’s visual presentation standards * Arrange products per established planograms and marketing guidelines * Ensure display windows and fixtures are always attractive and orderly * Restock products on shelves and racks promptly * Verify that promotional signage is up-to-date and properly positioned **D. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for shelves, counters, tables, and floors * Execute store opening and closing routines per the established checklist * Keep work areas organized and free of obstructions * Report any damage or maintenance needs to supervisors * Ensure the store is prepared for the next day’s operations **E. COMPLIANCE AND POLICIES** * Strictly adhere to all corporate policies and procedures * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information * Uphold corporate values and the business code of ethics * Participate in scheduled trainings and development programs * Report incidents or irregular situations to immediate supervision **IV. POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **A. EDUCATION** * **Minimum:** Completed secondary education * **Preferred:** Technical studies in sales, marketing, or related fields **B. EXPERIENCE** * **Minimum:** 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience * **Preferred:** Prior experience in footwear or fashion retail **C.
