




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support various office tasks, document management, and financial processes. Skill development in a dynamic, multitasking environment. **Job Requirements:** * Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Additional certifications valued: * Management software (SIIGO) * Payroll knowledge and related areas * Strong competencies considered essential: * Responsibility and reliability * Discretion and handling of confidential information * Proactivity and initiative * Teamwork * Adaptability to change * Ability to work under pressure * Time and priority management * Task planning * Multitasking ability * Monitoring of activities and processes **Functions and Responsibilities** * Draft documents, letters, memos, and emails. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital documents. * Receive and distribute correspondence and packages. * Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately. * Provide general information or refer inquiries to the relevant departments. * Organize and manage corporate events. * Procure general company supplies (office materials, stationery, cleaning supplies, etc.). * Supervise office order and operations (supplies, maintenance). * Collaborate with the accounting department — invoice control and recording, payments, accounting supporting documents, among others. * Maintain updated office inventory and fixed assets databases. * Manage petty cash and ensure its proper operation. * Support the Administrative and Finance Department in attendance tracking, processing medical leave requests, occupational illness reports, EPS portals, Compensation Funds, ARL, affiliations, among others. * Coordinate internal activities: trainings, meetings, celebrations, etc. * Handle general documentation, as well as support the Quality Department in drafting and updating documents. * Assist senior management in researching new projects or markets. **Education:** * Completed secondary education (High School Diploma). * Technical or technological training in fields such as: Administrative Assistance, Business Management, Basic Accounting, or related disciplines. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for 1 year **Salary:** $2.000.000 to $2.200.000 depending on experience **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. * Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 12 months
