We are seeking a Store Manager passionate about service, organization, and operational leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery & coffee and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform daily cash register opening and closing, including cash counts and sales reconciliation. * Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. * Support control of the store’s operational expenses. * Record and monitor inventory of supplies and products. * Submit purchase requests and coordinate restocking of supplies. * Verify order receipt and supplier compliance. * Ensure service delivery is aligned with brand standards. * Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests. * Assist at the cash register and provide direct customer service as operations require. * Supervise store organization, presentation, and cleanliness. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Collaborate with the accountant for month-end closing. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts. **We seek an organized, proactive individual with leadership skills and strong customer orientation who wants to grow alongside our brand.** **Apply by submitting your resume** Employment Type: Full-time
