




At iTTO Soluciones, we are looking for an IT Operations Assistant to support the operational, administrative, and technical coordination management of the Technology department. This role ensures information traceability, operational organization, and first-line request handling for our clients. Main Responsibilities * Update information in Valuekeep (assets, inventories, evidence, work orders). * Review and maintain up-to-date status of work orders. * Organize monthly reports for management. * Update internal databases related to clients, equipment, and schedules. * Verify the quality of technical documentation submitted by technicians. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Assign work orders to external technicians, validating availability. * Confirm appointments and schedules with clients when applicable. * Monitor maintenance activities, delays, or incidents. * Manage incoming requests through Mercately (first point of contact). * Classify requests and assign them to the appropriate technician. * Register requests when there is no initial work order in Valuekeep. * Perform administrative closure of simple requests. * Support weekly operational planning of the department. * Coordinate equipment delivery or pickup. * Ensure work orders include complete evidence. Requirements Education: * Associate degree, advanced student, or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, IT, or related fields. Knowledge: * Basic concepts of hardware and software. * Basic Excel and office software skills. * Basic writing and documentation skills. * Proficiency in Windows and email usage. Experience: * No prior experience required. * Customer service experience, basic support, or ticketing systems handling is valued.
