Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Assistant to ensure the optimal operation of facilities, equipment, and systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing safe and operational spaces. Participates in events and ensures technical requirements. **Technical Maintenance Assistant** **Location:** Pereira (Cerritos Road) **Profile:** Male with personal transportation (motorcycle preferred) **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract **Salary:** $1.950.000 **Work Schedule** Rotating shifts with availability for: * Working **3 Sundays per month** (with compensatory weekday time off) * Overtime when required * Covering **nighttime events** Example shifts: * Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Intermediate shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. **Job Mission** Ensure the proper operation of the Club’s facilities, equipment, and systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing safe and operational spaces. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Monitor the operation of electrical networks and Club systems. * Carry out plumbing, sanitary, local repair, and infrastructure maintenance tasks. * Support pool, gardening, and common area maintenance. * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in equipment and machinery. * Support events by ensuring electricity supply and technical requirements. * Maintain the good condition of the electrical plant, substation, water tanks, and technical rooms. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree in electricity or related fields. * **CONTE or CONALTEL card (mandatory).** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in electrical and local maintenance. * Experience handling **low and medium voltage**. **Key Competencies** * Service-oriented attitude * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation * Proactivity and initiative * Commitment * Organization and frustration tolerance **Why Join Us?** You will become part of a dynamic team where you can strengthen your technical skills, participate in events, and contribute to the optimal operation of a high-level environment.
