A food industry company requires a Bakery Assistant. Experience: 2 years in bakery product preparation, knowledge of baking, kneading, and formulation. Work location: Guayabal, Medellín Shifts: Rotating shifts starting at 04:00 am (for this shift, the company provides transportation). FUNCTIONS ● Prepare requested products according to the company’s formulation for each product. ● Identify the appropriate characteristics defined for the products to detect possible process failures in a timely manner. ● Report inventory levels of raw materials and submit orders for replenishment in advance. ● Process products through to the packaging stage, including labeling with expiration dates. ● Carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures and complete the designated forms for these activities. ● Maintain a daily tracking inventory of work tools and promptly report any anomalies. ● Ensure all area products are packaged before the end of the shift. ● Assist in other company production processes as required. ● Keep the workstation organized and clean. ● Promote a positive organizational climate and teamwork. ● Valid food handling certificate.
