




Job Summary: A comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health professional responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS programs, coordinating health care services, and promoting a safety culture. Promotes a culture of safety and organizational sustainability Required Education: * Professional/Technological Technician in Occupational Safety and Health with a valid SST license * Nursing Assistant Technician with a valid license * 50-hour Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) course; 40-hour Authorized Worker at Heights course * 80-hour Heights Coordinator course * Confined Spaces Course: Watcher, Entrant, and Supervisor * First Responder First Aid course * Basic Life Support Experience: * Minimum 1 year of certified experience Responsibilities: * Receive and inspect the workplace daily * Maintain statistical records of accidents and common illnesses (indicators) * Refer patients, if necessary, to the EPS Emergency Department to which the worker is affiliated or to the A.R.L. in case of work-related accidents * Conduct awareness and education talks on occupational safety and health for company personnel * Identify and propose new ways to provide timely, effective, and agile health services to employees * Directly support activities arising from the organization and implementation of Health Week * Participate in scheduled activities with the Emergency Brigade * Collaborate in developing projects related to the Continuous Improvement Program * Actively participate in carrying out activities that fulfill the company’s annual strategic plan * Implement environmental best practices regarding proper use of water, energy, and materials to reduce environmental impacts, applying established standards in each case * Perform appropriate waste segregation and classification at the workplace according to the established procedure * Develop, implement, and maintain Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental programs to comply with legal and regulatory requirements * Conduct workplace risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize and mitigate identified risks according to the Framework * Coordinate and participate in accident and incident investigations to identify root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions * Conduct periodic workplace inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards * Provide guidance and training to employees on safe work practices, hazardous substance handling, and emergency procedures * Participate in project reviews and facility modifications to assess their impact on Occupational Safety and Health * Collaborate with senior management to integrate EHS goals into organizational culture and daily operations * Communicate and train employees on EHS policies and procedures * Promote a culture of safety and sustainability across the entire organization * Provide training to ensure new employees are adequately informed and prepared on EHS topics * Maintain accurate incident records and ensure appropriate follow-up * Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of safe practices * Coordinate periodic medical examinations * Provide all employees and contractors, at least once per year, with general and specific induction and re-induction covering, among others, hazard identification and risk control in their work, and prevention of occupational accidents and diseases * Maintain an annual record of absenteeism due to occupational and common illness and work-related accidents, and classify their origin * Ensure the company that personnel performing work-at-heights activities are duly certified Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, 10:00 pm–6:00 am Saturdays 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Contract Type: Fixed-term Position Type: Full-time
