Job Summary: Drive forklift equipment for receiving, picking, staging, and dispatching goods, complying with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teamwork and flexibility. **POSITION:** FORKLIFT DRIVER **LOCATION:** INTEXZONA, FUNZA SIBERIA ROAD (COTA) **PURPOSE:** Operate forklift equipment for various warehouse activities according to instructions from the immediate supervisor (Floor Supervisor, Account Supervisor, or Team Leader) and in compliance with quality and safety standards established by DHL and/or the client. RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform receiving, picking, staging, replenishment, and dispatching activities requiring forklift movement, following internally established procedures and/or those agreed upon with the client. • Support inventory processes and other operations as required. • Verify quality and quantity of goods across all processes and report any damage or anomalies. • Restack goods when necessary. • Load and unload containers at the warehouse or onto transport vehicles. • Locate and organize goods within the warehouse using the forklift, then register them in the system or inform the Data Entry Assistant / Data Entry Supervisor / Account Supervisor / Floor Supervisor, who will proceed accordingly. • Receive and organize relevant documentation when required by the process. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** **Flexibility:** Ability to modify behavior and adopt a different approach toward ideas or criteria. **Teamwork:** Willingness to participate as an integrated team member (two or more people) to achieve shared benefits resulting from the task performed, regardless of personal interests. **Control:** Ability to make decisions ensuring control over methods, people, and situations. **Commitment:** Developing a sense of ownership and value regarding one’s own work or role within the company, translating into additional support for the organization—even if not always personally beneficial.
