We are committed to bringing the benefits of our****trusted medicines****to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries.****Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines****covers****multiple therapeutic areas****, including****gastroenterology****,****women’s health****,****cardiometabolic****,****pain management****/central nervous system, and respiratory.** **As a Laboratory Assistant, you will perform support and analytical tasks aimed at facilitating the activities of the Research and Development Laboratory, following the guidelines of the Quality Management System.** ### **What You’ll Do:** * ### **Support the execution of required physical analyses in compliance with good practices.** * ### **Receive in-process, finished, and bulk product samples for physicochemical and microbiological analysis in Research and Development.** * ### **Perform sampling and monitoring of physicochemical and microbiological analyses for water samples.** * ### **Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.** * ### **Collaborate in required activities within the Research and Development laboratory.** * ### **Record temperature and humidity control at designated points and generate monitoring reports.** * ### **Transport and store reagents and supplies in the Research and Development laboratory’s Reagent/Supply Stock Warehouse.** * ### **Label standards, reagents, and columns.** * ### **Deliver standards, reagents, and columns to Chemists or laboratory personnel.** * ### **Separate standards, reagents, and columns requiring retesting and/or final disposition.** ### **Required Qualifications:** * ### **Education:** **High school diploma or technical degree.** ### **Experience:** **6 months to 1 year in laboratory-related processes** ### **Apply Now** **Pursue your professional aspirations with Abbott to access diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
