LABORATORY ASSISTANT\- COFFEE HULLER OBJECTIVE: Provide support in laboratory quality activities, ensuring proper sample collection, storage, physical and sensory analysis of coffee. Guarantee accuracy in records and compliance with quality standards, contributing to traceability and process improvement. REQUIREMENTS: * Technician or Technologist in food, chemistry, agriculture, coffee quality, or related fields * Knowledge in physical and sensory analysis of coffee, laboratory equipment handling, moisture and yield control, classification by screens and defects, and good laboratory practices. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or coffee laboratory, performing physical and sensory analysis, sampling, or storage.
