This role is fundamental to the development and expansion of our services. Responsibilities: Respond to signals generated in the software as defined in the procedure. Apply protocols corresponding to each generated event. Promptly report any risk-related events. Timely and effective association of equipment. Requirements: Education: High school diploma with strong proficiency in office tools. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technology-based roles, traffic assistant, traffic controller, or call center operator. Competencies: National and local geographical location awareness, typing skills, spelling accuracy, and strong proficiency in office tools. Proactive teamwork and good customer service orientation.
