Conduct searches for suppliers and new solutions that could be incorporated into ENERGITEL's portfolio of active equipment products, based on criteria such as market potential and product quality. Support the ICT support assistant in managing company resources, infrastructure, and technological services by administering and maintaining information systems, data networks, voice networks, and computing services that support internal user processes and facilitate procedures and service acquisition from external providers, ensuring operational continuity of technological services. **What do we expect from you?** An Electronic, Telecommunications, Networking, or related technology degree. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in technical support roles within help desks for Networking, Microcomputing solutions, or involving provisioning and configuration of xPON equipment, Wi-Fi devices, switches, and routers. Strong communication skills to meet user needs. Ability to plan and organize your work to successfully meet assigned challenges. Strong analytical skills to resolve issues arising from both external clients and internal organizational stakeholders. Salary: $2,500,000 + All legally mandated social benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Direct contract with the company, fixed-term.
