TECHNICAL OR TECHNOLOGICAL APPRENTICE IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIRED COMPANY: CONCRETOS ARGOS PRACTICE LOCATION: PEREIRA START DATE: JANUARY 2026 FUNCTIONS: **1\. SISO Moment**Prepare SISO topics according to the assigned week.Register attendance (number of signatures).Scan and send records to Rubén with a copy to Viviana Roldán.Record daily attendance in Excel.Report updates to the plant manager and Rubén Cardona. **2\. Inspections**Conduct monthly inspections of:Mixers (MX) and report findings.Vehicle and plant first-aid kits (verify contents and expiration dates).Height safety equipment and decommissioned items.Plant signage.Fire extinguishers (with Procoldext) and replacement in Mixers when applicable.Electrical, sanitary, structural installations, stairs, spill kits, showers, and stretchers.Report any anomalies or unsafe conditions. **3\. Personal Protective Equipment and Biosafety**Complete EPP reservation forms, biosafety, and visitor logs (according to validation).Collect EPP delivery lists every 3 months and send them to Rubén Cardona.**4\. Documentation and Updates**Ensure that the three metal folders contain:SOPs, ESVs, data sheets, safety sheets, policies, emergency plans, instructions, ART.Update the **hazardous substances matrix** by area.Keep the **PARE** updated with: attendance lists, drills, brigade information, and changes to emergency plans.Upload documentation to shared folders according to activities (inductions, trainings, drills, etc.). **5\. Recording Unsafe Conditions**Visit the plant daily to identify unsafe conditions or behaviors.Send reports with photographic evidence to the plant manager, copying Ruben.If approved, upload to **PREVSIS** with information from the Excel file. **6\. Induction for Contractors and Personnel****Contractors (Vigía SISO):** Request documents, conduct presentation, theoretical and practical evaluation. Register and archive.**Contractors (executing personnel):** Presentation, evaluation, registration, digitization, and archiving.**Direct and temporary staff:** Presentation, crossword activity, validation, upload supporting documents. **7\. Drills and Brigades**Document drill script with brigade leader, plant manager, and ARL advisor.Send for approval and then upload to folders/PARE.Invite participants to brigade meetings, confirm attendance, share with Ruben, and prepare informational brochure. **8\. Trainings**Record monthly trainings in the competent personnel folder.Maintain physical lists at each plant.Train evacuation leaders annually, record attendance, and upload to PARE if applicable. **9\. Dissemination and Information**Disseminate **Noticoppast** on physical bulletin boards and during SISO moments.Publish the "Al Día" bulletin on physical bulletin boards.**10\.
