Innovation acceleration through digitalization and AI **PURPOSE** ------------- Drive transformation and ensure business sustainability through the strategic design of Organizational Architecture, guaranteeing maximum operational efficiency, optimization of resources (Headcount), and continuous alignment of structures, roles, and processes with strategic objectives and productivity and innovation levers (digitalization and AI). **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Design and propose operating models and organizational structures supporting the strategic objectives of business units and the corporate entity. * Administer and maintain organizational structures (corporate organization chart) and the matrix of roles, responsibilities, and job profiles at Group level. * Advise DHO and business leaders on best practices in design to maximize operational efficiency and minimize functional duplication. * Develop organizational Headcount (HC) sizing for each Group business unit, ensuring traceability and justification of positions. * Monitor headcount and conduct labor productivity analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Analyze and validate requests for creation, modification, or elimination of positions, ensuring compliance with design standards and cost optimization. * Generate periodic reports and analyses on HC status, structural costs, and variances to support decision-making. * Execute methodological implementation and provide support for cross-Group Nutresa or business unit strategic organizational transformation initiatives. * Manage structural change and ensure effective communication of new organizational designs. * Drive the evolution of processes across Nutresa Services, seeking efficiency and productivity through identification and application of digital tools and artificial intelligence in the design and management of organizational processes. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------- * Analytical excellence and data handling (HR analytics).
