Promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Job Description:** As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical proposals, delivering specialized support, and presenting cybersecurity solution architectures aligned with business needs. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Visiting clients to gather and analyze technical requirements. * Designing and structuring pre-sales proposals in support of the sales team. * Implementing the solution. * Engaging with manufacturers to evaluate and understand new products. Obtaining required certifications for optimal role performance and ensuring timely responses to assigned requests. * Delivering product-specific training to channel partners and providing implementation support for solutions. **What We’re Looking For:** * Required academic level: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions from Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Sophos. * Total years of experience: Minimum 3 years. * Previous positions, departments, and roles: Support Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer. * Preferred industry: Technology. * Knowledge or Skills: Designing and structuring commercial proposals aligned with client needs; solid expertise in cybersecurity and technological solution architectures; experience in project management and governance—including planning, execution, and monitoring—to achieve objectives; ability to work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams, ensuring integration between technical proposals and business goals. * Competencies: Results orientation – Communication – Commercial impact and influence – Proactivity – Organizational capability – Structuring ability. **Work Conditions:** * Professional office environment (Hybrid). * Non-standard working hours, as required by business needs.
