




Job Summary: Responsible for conducting physicochemical analyses, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct physicochemical analyses and sampling in accordance with established procedures. 2. Prepare manuals, procedures, and forms for the department. 3. Ensure compliance with procedures and customer satisfaction. Perform all required physicochemical analyses under the guidelines and instructions of the Department Head, following established procedures, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through optimal performance of duties, while also promoting respect and favorable working conditions for personnel with whom one interacts. * Prepare department-specific documents (manuals, procedures, and forms). * Conduct required sampling and sample receipt, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures. * Perform analyses as specified by customer requirements. * Conduct physicochemical analyses in accordance with current pharmacopoeias and/or internally standardized procedures. * Perform and record internal verifications of quality control equipment. * Prepare solutions and reagents for immediate use during analyses and daily operations.
