




Mobile Support Agent – Technician Description: A leading company in the technology sector requires, for its work team, a Mobile Support Agent with technical training in Systems and at least 1 year of experience in assembly and disassembly of sealed mobile phones. We are looking for a proactive, responsible individual with a service-oriented mindset, possessing technical and communication skills to provide support for mobile devices, perform basic diagnostics and repairs, as well as deliver proper customer service. Requirements: \- Academic level: Technical degree in Systems \- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in roles related to mobile phone support or repair. \- Knowledge: Assembly and disassembly of sealed mobile phones. Skills required: Customer service and resourcefulness. Assertive communication and adaptability. Teamwork and compliance with regulations. Planning and organization in assigned tasks. Working conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage \+ Statutory Benefits Work location: Pereira Main responsibilities: Assembly and disassembly of sealed mobile phones.
