Job Summary: We are seeking Commercial Executives to promote financial products by visiting partner agreements and clients. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite-term employment contract 2. Dynamic and collaborative work environment We are looking for top talent to join our Commercial Executive teams responsible for Credit Card, Consumer Loan, and Payroll Deduction Loan (Libranza) placements—visiting partner agreements and clients in Manizales and surrounding areas. What We Offer: - Indefinite-term employment contract, because we believe in long-term talent and job stability. - Salary: current legal minimum wage ($1,750,905) + transportation allowance + uncapped commissions and 100% statutory benefits. Approximate average commission earnings: $4,000,000. Some of our executives earn between $6,000,000 and $7,000,000. - All statutory benefits. - Working hours: Monday to Friday (flexible schedule of 44 weekly hours, with Saturday availability). No work on Sundays or public holidays. What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 6 months’ experience as a commercial executive or advisor for intangible products (Payroll Deduction Loan, Credit Card, Consumer Loan, Unsecured Loan, Mortgage Loan, Insurance, Prepaid Health Plans, Microloans). - Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma, technical certificate, technological degree, or university degree. - Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. - Proactivity and results orientation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
