At Servimercadeo, a company with over 30 years of experience driving the national telecommunications sector, we seek to add team members who possess attitude, energy, and passion for connecting with customers. Candidate Profile We Seek. Experience in installation, configuration, and physical maintenance of satellite television services, including antenna mounting, cable laying, and ensuring signal quality—a key role enabling subscribers to enjoy the service. Education: High School Diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months in installations. Competencies: Assertive communication, charisma, customer service. What We Offer? Base Salary: $1,750,905 + all statutory benefits + $249,095 transportation allowance. Ramp-up Bonus: $400,000 Performance-based variable pay. Growth and stability based on performance. Schedules: Rotating shifts totaling 42 hours per week, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Availability from Monday to Saturday. One or two Sundays per month, as required by the channel.
