Today, we are strengthening our photovoltaic solar energy line and seeking a Technical Manager to drive its growth and consolidation. Your Purpose Strategically lead the photovoltaic technical area, driving the design, implementation, and expansion of solar projects while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and innovation in every initiative. Main Responsibilities In Photovoltaic Solar Energy (primary focus): Lead the planning, execution, and control of solar projects (residential, commercial, and industrial). Design and validate photovoltaic systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid). Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules. Coordinate technical teams and suppliers to ensure installation quality. Identify new business opportunities and develop renewable energy solutions. Ensure compliance with technical regulations and energy sector standards. Support in Telecommunications (complementary): Supervise technical processes related to infrastructure and support. Manage tools, equipment, and software for the technical area. Ideal Profile Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Energy, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience leading photovoltaic projects. Strong knowledge of solar system design, sizing, and implementation. Intermediate-level Excel and Office tools proficiency. Basic or intermediate English proficiency. Leadership ability, decision-making capacity, and strategic vision. People and team management skills. Working Conditions: Direct fixed-term employment contract. Work schedule: Monday–Thursday (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and Friday (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Statutory benefits + corporate perks. Flexible working hours policy. Location: Pereira or Dosquebradas.
