Opportunity to contribute to QA documentation and continuous improvement **Location: This position is remote within Colombia** ### **QA Analyst** ### **What's the role?** We are seeking a QA Analyst with solid hands\-on experience testing Salesforce core solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role is execution\-focused and will support end\-to\-end testing activities across multiple Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate is strong in manual functional testing, with exposure to automation and API testing, and is comfortable working closely with developers, administrators, and product teams in an Agile environment. ### **What will you do?** * Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom features. * Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and UAT scripts aligned with business and technical requirements. * Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third\-party systems. * Validate end\-to\-end Salesforce business processes, workflows, data accuracy, and boundary cases. * Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools; collaborate with developers and admins to validate fixes. * Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure adequate test coverage. * Support UAT execution and assist business users when needed. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, QA readiness, retrospectives). Contribute to QA documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. * ### **What do we expect from you?** * 3–5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Salesforce QA Engineer. * Strong manual testing experience in Salesforce core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). * Experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and UAT scripts. * Hands\-on experience with API testing (Postman). * Exposure to test automation frameworks (ability to execute and maintain existing automation). * Solid understanding of QA methodologies, functional testing, and defect management. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce environments. * Strong communication and documentation skills. * English level: B2\-C1\.
