You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of activities and actions arising from the implementation, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS), aimed at improving and safeguarding worker well-being across all organizational areas to comply with current regulations. What Do You Need? **Education:** Completed technical or professional studies, or a Technology degree in Occupational Safety and Health, with a valid license and a 50-hour OSH course. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the following activities: \- Conducting occupational safety and health inspections. \- Accident management. \- Maintenance of emergency brigades and emergency plans. \- Supporting health promotion and prevention activities. \- Reporting unsafe acts and conditions. \- Document management. \- Managing active breaks. \- Managing personal protective equipment. **Knowledge:** \- Basic knowledge of applicable Occupational Safety and Health regulations. \- Basic knowledge of implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, Decree 1072 of 2015, and Resolution 0312 of 2019. \- First aid response. \- Basic knowledge of forming and maintaining emergency brigades. \- Knowledge of managing health and absenteeism cases.
