At Epring Energy ESP, we are seeking an Engineering Director to plan, lead, and execute the strategies defined by senior management, ensuring achievement of the company’s engineering goals and projects, as well as promoting the development of new initiatives that drive sustainable and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the engineering team, ensuring achievement of goals and project delivery. * Plan, execute, and monitor strategies defined by management. * Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and technological updating. * Supervise schedules, field activities, and departmental performance indicators. * Present periodic management and results reports to senior management. * Develop action plans in response to complaints, claims, and opportunities for improvement. * Maintain strategic relationships with clients and support the launch of new projects. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems. **Education:** Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience managing personnel, plus experience executing and directing electrical projects, and knowledge of project strategy formulation and implementation. **Contract and Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience in the role.
