This shall be performed in compliance with quality (ISO 9001\), environmental (ISO 14001\), energy efficiency (ISO 50001\), occupational safety and health (ISO 45001\), laboratory accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025\), and BASC security and control requirements. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Monitor compliance with HSE standards applicable to employees, in accordance with current Colombian legal requirements and Hitachi Energy’s requirements, and promote their dissemination and observance. * Support compliance with HSE standards and follow-up actions arising from reports on unsafe conditions and behaviors, near misses, first aid, medical treatments, work-related incidents with lost days, and environmental impacts—aiming to prevent recurrence of such events. * Verify that area leaders/managers conduct the “Take 5” safety procedure prior to commencing activities and confirm its effectiveness. * Verify that activity-based risk assessment (ABRA) is known to employees and that they comply with it. * Conduct daily inspections across all areas and report any risk factors to the site-specific HSE Specialist, suggesting corrective or control measures. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Your Profile** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Integrated Management Systems * Valid Occupational Safety and Health license * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational HSE activities * Fifty (50\) hours virtual training course on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST), plus a 20-hour refresher if the original 50-hour course has expired * Valid certification as a height work coordinator * First Aid certification **More About Us** * Work-Life Balance * Global Career Growth * Continuous Improvement Culture **Accessibility and reasonable accommodation** **Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
